Kelly Jang, a resident of Orleans, is very happy after winning $128,232 in the December 17, 2011 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
Kelly said she was shocked with her winning the lottery when she claimed her prize at OLG Prize Centre.
The winner is a 32-year old restaurant owner. She said she plays the lottery occasionally and she selects numbers randomly.
It was her brother who checked the winning numbers in the daily on Sunday morning, and believed that the numbers looked similar to the numbers on Kelly’s ticket.
“I’m not that lucky, so I didn’t take him seriously” Kelly said laughingly.
When she asked about her plan for her windfall, she said that she has not decided about what to do with it yet. She said that she might take a vacation and purchase a big gift for herself.
She purchased the winning ticket at International News on Place D’Orleans Drive in Orleans.
